Harassment information can be clicked on "I want to report" in the National Anti-fraud Center, as follows:

Use the National Anti-Fraud Center to report 1, and click I want to report.

Click I want to report on the homepage of the National Anti-Fraud Center.

2. Click on the fraud type

Click fraud type in the interface I want to report, and select fraud type.

3. Click on the scam message

Click on the scam message in the I want to report interface to report.

The legal basis is People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Administration Punishment Law.

Article 42 Whoever commits one of the following acts shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than five hundred yuan; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be detained for more than 5 days 10 days, and may also be fined up to 500 yuan:
