2. Strict site management. 3. Strictly control gathering activities. It is advocated that "happy events should be postponed, funerals should be kept simple, and banquets should not be held." In accordance with the principle of "no non-emergency events, no offline events if possible," the number and scale of conference events will be strictly controlled. Conference events with more than 50 people must be reported to the local epidemic prevention and control office for approval. Inter-provincial tourism activities are suspended.

4. Keep all kinds of "small doors" safe. All kinds of public places in the district must strictly implement the "place code" on-site inspection work, strictly implement the "place code", "one scan and three checks" and "penetrating" inquiry of 7-day residence history to ensure that "no one is missed" .
