6. All units should regularly check the soldiers' use of mobile phones, keep abreast of the soldiers' use of mobile phone communication, and correct the problems in time when found;

7 unauthorized possession and use of mobile phones shall be confiscated;

8. Strictly restrict the use of 3G mobile phones. If you have used 3G mobile phones, you must turn off remote data synchronization, location services and other functions. Those who use mobile phones in situations where they should not be used in violation of regulations should be criticized, educated and appropriately punished.

Legal basis: Article 204 of the China People's Liberation Army Internal Affairs Ordinance stipulates that military units should take effective measures such as examination and approval for the record, standardizing the use occasions, setting up no-go signs, and shielding signals. And strictly control the use and management of mobile phones. If it is really necessary to use public mobile phones because of work needs, it must be approved by the person in charge of the unit above the regiment level and reported to the command organ of the subordinate unit for the record.
