For those who have arrived in Hohhot, Xilingol, Chifeng, and Wuhai in Inner Mongolia within 7 days Persons entering (returning) from Xinjiang Urumqi or Bazhou with a history of residence will continue to be subject to 7-day centralized quarantine medical observation, and nucleic acid tests will be conducted on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th days. 2. The "3 4" health management measures (3 days of centralized isolation and 4 days of home health monitoring) will be adopted for those who have a history of traveling to Lanzhou, Qingyang, and Wuwei in Gansu within 7 days. Those who do not meet the conditions for home health monitoring will be A 7-day centralized isolation medical observation will be implemented, and nucleic acid testing will be conducted on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th days. 3. People who have entered (returned) to the prefecture with a history of living in Lhasa, Tibet within 7 days will be subject to 3 days of home health monitoring and 2 nucleic acid tests. Those who do not meet the conditions for home health monitoring will be subject to 3 days of centralized isolation medical observation. 4. The management period for persons entering (returning) from the above-mentioned areas shall be calculated from the date of entry into Yunnan in accordance with the principle of “fill in and fill out”. 5. People who come from high school risk areas across the country and whose health codes are red or yellow will be managed in accordance with the "Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)". 6. In addition to the above-mentioned areas, for people entering (returning) from other areas, free "arrival inspection" service (mixed inspection) will be provided from the first place of entry, and the second nucleic acid test will be completed within 3 days after entering the state (an interval of 24 hours) Test. Do not go out unless necessary before the test results come out. Do not gather, dine or have parties. If you really need to go out, you must take strict personal protection. 7. Persons entering (returning) to the prefecture with a history of traveling to the above-mentioned areas and domestic medium and high-risk areas within 7 days must proactively report to the destination community (village group), unit or hotel (inn), and actively cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measure. Those who do not proactively report, conceal their whereabouts, or fail to cooperate with relevant health management service measures will be seriously investigated in accordance with the law. This notice shall come into effect from the date of issuance. If previous relevant regulations are inconsistent with this notice, this notice shall prevail.
