How to lodge a complaint against traffic violations on the Internet?

Generally speaking, you can't complain online.

1. Pay a fine before filing a complaint, and then go to the local traffic detachment to learn the details of the violation, such as watching the surveillance video of the violation to see if the law enforcement is ambiguous, which will help the complaint succeed.

2. Copy the ID card and punishment decision before applying for reconsideration, and the driver's license does not need to be copied.

3. Bring the original and photocopy to the institution for handling. When filling out the application for administrative reconsideration, you must clearly explain the source of the violation. It would be better if there is a third-party video or evidence, and wait patiently for the result after submission.

Article 59 of the Provisions on Procedures for Handling Road Traffic Safety Violations imposes fines on pedestrians, passengers and non-motor vehicle drivers. If the traffic police collect them on the spot, the traffic police shall indicate them in the summary punishment decision, which shall be signed by the punished person for confirmation. If the punished person refuses to sign, the traffic police shall indicate it in the penalty decision.

If the traffic police collect fines on the spot according to law, they shall issue receipts for fines uniformly issued by the financial departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government; If a receipt for the fine uniformly issued by the financial departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government is not issued, the parties concerned have the right to refuse to pay the fine.
