What materials should I prepare in advance for the registration of the 2020 nurse qualification examination?

According to the regulations of the relevant state departments, all nurses who take the nurse qualification examination need to prepare the following materials:

(1) Application form for nurse qualification examination;

(two) the original and photocopy of my valid identity certificate;

(3) Three two-inch bareheaded frontal half-length photos within half a year;

(four) the original and photocopy of the graduation certificate or degree certificate;

(five) other materials required for the review.

In addition, if the applicant is a fresh graduate, he should hold the graduation certificate issued by his school, and the school should go to the registration point where the school is located to collectively handle the registration procedures for the fresh graduates of this school.

Candidates who are not fresh graduates can choose to register at the location of personnel files.

Applicants must be professionals engaged in nursing technology in medical and health institutions approved by relevant departments or graduates who meet the requirements and have completed nursing clinical practice in teaching and general hospitals for more than 8 months.
