1. Testing time and location

June 1, 16:00-19:30. The location shall be subject to the notice of the village.

2. Test objects

Villagers of Jiaze Village, Chengzhang Village, Xiaxi Village, Houyu Village, Yuyu Village and Xiaxi Flower and Tree Market personnel in Jiaze Town.

3. Precautions

1. Please follow the notice and guidelines of the village staff and arrive at the designated location in an orderly manner to conduct nucleic acid testing.

2. Please prepare your personal ID card, mobile phone, and nucleic acid sampling code before taking the test. 3. For the elderly who go to collect samples alone and cannot use smartphones, please prepare your ID card and a small piece of paper with your mobile phone number. We will arrange staff to provide you with guidance and assistance. For children without ID cards, parents are asked to bring their family register, mobile phone, or provide a "nucleic acid sampling code."

4. Wear a mask throughout the process, be sure to keep one meter apart when queuing, do not crowd or gather, and do not touch the sampling table. There is a large temperature difference between day and night, so please add clothes in time to keep warm and pay attention to travel safety.

5. Persons who have received the COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours are not allowed to participate in the nucleic acid test for all employees. Special groups such as people with "yellow code" health codes and people in home isolation will be subject to relevant regulations. Teachers, students and employees of the school will not participate in this nucleic acid test for all employees. Persons involved in medium- and high-risk areas, and those with symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, etc., should report to their village community as soon as possible and are not allowed to enter the sampling point.
