Article 41 Military training for reserve soldiers shall be conducted in active service units, reserve units, militia organizations or other organizations.

Reserve soldiers who have not been pre-assigned to active service, incorporated into reserve forces or into backbone militia organizations shall participate in military training for 30 to 40 days between the ages of 18 and 24; Among them, the training time of professional and technical soldiers is determined according to actual needs.
