Candidates often agree to come down without full consideration because it is an opportunity. After you get the time determined by the candidates, you must pay attention to the heat preservation period of this time. I generally don't recommend that the interview time exceed 1 week after the phone call. This change is too great. The more basic the position, the closer the time is. So the reminder of this time is very important. Even if he doesn't come, we have enough time to tell the interviewer to adjust the time and avoid wasting everyone's working time to wait.
6. At the interview site, it is very important to be the first person to contact the applicant, so you must give professional training. Let them know the list of people interviewed today. Of course, some positions are sensitive, so we should pay more attention to some details and basic interview reception etiquette. I use the sign-in system here, which can monitor whether the candidates are present at any time and prompt them when they arrive (the secret here is that they have a website that will automatically refresh, and once someone signs in, a reminder will appear). At this time, the interview room has already been prepared, and at the same time, the company promotes, drinks water, pens and so on. Everything is ready in the interview room, so that candidates can rest and adjust their status in the interview room after being guided by the front desk.
7. After the interview, we will send a thank-you letter to the candidates to thank them for attending our interview. In fact, sometimes, many things can be changed through your own efforts.
