1. Don't leave Hengyang unless necessary. If the child really needs to leave Hengyang, please report to the class teacher first, explaining the reasons, travel modes, departure and return times, destinations and other itinerary information. After returning, please do a good job in nucleic acid detection or separation according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in Hengyang City.

2. Personal protection should be done when going out. Please try to avoid crowds, wear a mask properly when going out, and don't rub your eyes with your hands. Wash your hands in time after you go home, and disinfect your clothes properly when you go out.

3. Actively cooperate with daily health monitoring. For students who have suspended returning to school, going home on leave or staying in school, please take the initiative to monitor the health status of their families, check their temperature twice a day, and urge them to report relevant health information as required. Avoid contact with people with abnormal symptoms such as fever. Once the family members have abnormal health conditions, they should report to the school immediately. Students who leave home to stay in school should suspend their return to school. At the same time, we should go to the designated hospital for treatment and nucleic acid detection, and inform the school of the results in time.

4. Take good care of your family. Treat couriers, visitors and parties with caution, teach children the correct protection methods, and remind and help each other among family members. Enhance psychological "immunity". Correctly understand the development of the epidemic, understand the epidemic information from official channels, and don't listen to "gossip" rumors. If you don't panic in the face of the epidemic, strengthening personal protection and family protection in your daily life can effectively block the virus. Family members should encourage each other and pass on positive energy.

5. The parents' reception day scheduled for every Wednesday is now cancelled temporarily. Please try not to come to school during the epidemic. The school will do a good job of closed management. If they come to the school, the class teacher should get in touch with Liu Xiaojin, the vice president of the school, and confirm the approval before entering the school. Please cooperate with the security personnel to do all the inspections before entering the school.

6. Prevention and control of spring epidemics. COVID-19 and a variety of epidemic diseases * * * prevention, children are absent from class, do a good job of self-examination of body temperature and health on weekdays, and seek medical advice in time if there is any abnormality.
