Help, how to cancel automatic answering

If the phone automatically answers calls, it is recommended:

1. Confirm whether it appears when the headset is connected. If so, check whether the automatic connection function is set: Phone - More - Settings - Answer and end calls - Automatic answer - Off.

2. If the above situation is not the case, it is recommended to try to update the mobile phone system version: Settings-About the phone (About the device)-Manually download updates/automatically download updates. Note: Please back up the data in the device before upgrading.

3. If it is already the latest version, please back up the data on your phone and try restoring factory settings.
