There are epidemic reports in Inner Mongolia, Sichuan, Gansu, Ningxia, Shanxi, Henan, Hubei and Chongqing, which are adjacent to our province, and the pressure on foreign defense investment continues to increase. In order to effectively control and reduce the risk of epidemic spread in COVID-19, prevent the epidemic from being imported, and fully protect people's lives, health and safety, Weinan CDC warmly reminds:

First, advocate not going out of the city unless necessary.

At present, Pucheng County and Weinan High-tech Zone have high incidence areas, and the epidemic situation in provinces and cities is grim, so it is necessary to advocate the masses not to go out of the city. If it is really necessary to leave the city, it should be strictly examined and approved. In accordance with the principle of "who approves, who is responsible", the relevant procedures are strictly implemented, and the control measures after returning to health are consciously implemented.

Two, strictly implement the record management.

Anyone who returns to the health center should complete the information forecast registration in the "Forecast Shaanxi" module of "Shaanxi One Code Connect" in advance, and report to the destination community, village group and unit actively, and cooperate with the implementation of corresponding prevention and control measures after returning to the health center. If the risk of epidemic prevention and control is caused by concealment, false reporting or late reporting, the responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

Third, fulfill the obligation of epidemic prevention.

All returnees should take the initiative to cooperate with the epidemic prevention work after arrival. Fourth, strengthen personal protection.
