Can Samsung mobile phone restore factory settings if it forgets its password?

If you forget the phone screen lock password, we suggest you try to unlock it by remote control:

The mobile phone needs to support the remote control function of Samsung Dive, and turn on remote control and mobile data (or WLAN); The mobile phone is bound with a Samsung account. Please log in and find my mobile website. After logging in with a Samsung account, click Unlock My Device. After this operation, the previously set screen lock mode will become the default sliding unlock mode.

If the mobile phone does not support the remote control function or does not meet the use requirements of the remote control function, please send the machine to the Samsung service center, and the after-sales engineer will help you unlock it safely.
