Samsung s10 does not display call time

There are two solutions for Samsung S10 not displaying call time.

1. Restart the phone and check whether the call time is displayed. If it still cannot be displayed, it means there is a software or system problem. Re-download or flash the phone to solve the problem.

2. Log in to the official website of China Mobile, click My Mobile, Detailed Bill Inquiry, Detailed Bill for the Month, Call Detailed Bill, and then click to obtain the SMS verification code. After filling in the verification code, click the query button to view detailed call records.
