According to the relevant requirements of Sichuan Province and Leshan City on epidemic prevention and control, combined with the actual situation of the school, In order to carry out the school's orderly return of students in the fall semester of 2022, the relevant matters are now notified as follows:

1. Time arrangement for students to return to school in batches

(1) First Arrangements for the first batch of students returning to school

On October 8, all students who are required to undergo nucleic acid testing three times in three days after arriving in Leshan will return to school in accordance with Leshan City’s epidemic risk control requirements. (The specific area involved will be based on the daily release of "Leshan Disease Control" and will be notified separately by the counselor.)

(2) Arrangements for the remaining batches of students returning to school

1. October 9 On October 10th, students from the class of 2019 and class of 2020 will return to school;

2. On October 10, freshmen from junior college to undergraduate and students from class of 2021 will return to school;

3. On October 11, freshmen from class of 2022 will return to school.

(3) Students who have not received notification from the counselor of the School of Education and have not passed the return-to-school review will be suspended from returning to school.

2. Postponement of return to school requirements

Under one of the following circumstances, return to school will be postponed:

1. Have a history of traveling to a medium or high-risk area within 7 days before returning to school Or those who have to stop in medium- and high-risk areas on their way back to school;

2. Those who have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), diarrhea, etc.;

3. The health code is abnormal, and I am a confirmed case who has not been cured, an asymptomatic infection, a suspected case, or a close contact, a sub-close contact, an exposed person in an epidemic-related place, a regional co-investigator, and a person who lives together with *** Those who are the above-mentioned risk personnel;

4. Overseas students (including international students);

5. In accordance with the epidemic control requirements of Leshan City, isolation measures need to be taken as soon as possible after arriving in Leshan;

6. Students who have failed the return to school review or have other special circumstances who need to postpone their return to school;

3. Return to school requirements

1. From the date of issuance of this notice, all students will strictly implement the requirement of "no going out unless necessary", try to reduce gatherings as much as possible, and refrain from going to medium- and high-risk areas. Strictly follow the requirements of the Faculty of Education for health monitoring and "daily check-in".

2. Students who meet the conditions for returning to school must submit a return application on the Yiban platform in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Engineering, and can only return to school after being reviewed and approved by the school. If there are special circumstances that require early return to school, the school must approve it.

3. Students should take personal protection on their way back to school and avoid transiting or staying in medium- and high-risk areas to ensure a safe return to school.

4. The first batch of students returning to school should complete two tests within 3 days within 4 days before arriving at school, and other batches should complete nucleic acid tests within 48 hours before arriving at school. After arriving at school, students in each batch must obey the arrangements of the teaching college and carry out nucleic acid tests at the corresponding frequency in accordance with Leshan City's epidemic measures. They are not allowed to move or gather at will before the test results are released.

5. Students who have postponed their return to school must abide by local epidemic prevention and control requirements, insist on health monitoring, and complete "daily check-in." When you meet the conditions for returning to school, you must submit an application according to the procedures and return to school after being reviewed and approved by the Ministry of Education and Engineering.

6. Students are asked to pay close attention to the return-to-school notice and related specific requirements issued by the Ministry of Education and Engineering and the counselors of the School of Education. If you have any questions, please take the initiative to consult the counselors.
