I applied for a health code, why can't I use it?

1, health code cannot be applied. First of all, it may be caused by network reasons. This may happen if the mobile phone has a poor network speed or no Internet connection. Users are advised to switch the mobile phone network, or disconnect the network and reconnect it.

2. After eliminating the network reasons, it may be caused by the inconsistency between the real-name authentication information of the user health code and the login account information. Users are advised to check it.

3. If the problem cannot be solved, it may be a background program problem. Users are advised to try again later.

On March 5, 2020, the draft of the Reference Architecture and Technical Guide for Epidemic Prevention Codes (hereinafter referred to as the "standard") was reviewed by the expert review meeting and formally submitted for approval. The introduction of this standard provides technical specifications for the development enterprises of epidemic prevention codes, and regulates and requires the required functions such as personnel management, authorization management and collection point management of epidemic prevention code users.

On April 29, 2020, the General Administration of Market Supervision (Standards Committee) issued an announcement, releasing a series of national standards for personal health information codes. This series of standards adopted the quick procedure of national standards, and it only took 14 days from project establishment to publication. After the implementation of this series of national standards, the coding system, display mode and data content of personal health information codes can be unified, and personal information protection and information sharing and utilization can be considered as a whole, which is suitable for guiding the design, development and system integration of health code-related information systems.
