Interview preparation

The interview of teacher qualification certificate adopts structured interview and scenario simulation, and is conducted by preparing lessons, giving lectures and defending. Interviews are conducted by examiners, who are composed of experts from universities, outstanding teachers from primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, and experts from teaching and research institutions. Examiners must be trained by educational examination institutions at or above the provincial level and hold relevant certificates. The judging panel consists of three examiners.
