How to return the goods bought on Taobao?

First, after opening the mobile phone Taobao APP, click on my Taobao;

2. After opening my Taobao, open the goods to be received under my order;

3. Click Receiving, and the page will display all the received goods, and select the goods to be returned. After selection, the page will pop up the detailed information of the goods, and click Refund;

4. Click Refund, and then click Return to make a refund. If you don't receive the goods, just refund, then select "refund only" above;

5. Click Return for Refund, and select the reason for the refund. Reasons for refund include inappropriate size, dislike, poor quality, etc. Generally, communicate with the merchants first and choose a suitable reason.

6. After selecting the refund reason, click Submit at the bottom of the page;

7. Click Submit at the bottom of the page, return to my order, and click Refund/After-sales;

8. After clicking Refund/After-sale, we can see the goods that have just been refunded. In the lower left corner of the product, "Return and Refund" will be displayed. Click on the view details in the lower right corner;

9. Click I have sent it, and fill in the courier information, including the name of the courier company, the single number, the contact number of the returner, etc.
