3. The inquiry system may be incorrect due to the charging delay of the inquiry system. The inquiry system is not updated in real time due to the traffic of operators, and it is usually refreshed once in half an hour. If the user makes a real-time traffic query and finds that it is not exceeded, but it is actually exceeded, this short message reminder will be triggered.
