WhAT is an at command?

AT command is a built-in command in Windows XP, which can also be compared with "scheduling tasks" in Windows, and has more powerful and magical functions in planning, task management, work transaction processing and so on. AT command can run commands and programs on the specified computer at the specified time and date.

We can enter the AT command in "Start → Run". Let's look AT some examples of at commands.

1, shut down regularly.

Command: Shutdown at 265438 +0: 00–S–T30.

After the command runs, at 2 1:00, the "System Shutdown" dialog box will appear on the computer. By default, the computer will shut down automatically after a delay of 30 seconds.

2. Remind regularly

Command: net delivery at 12: 00 10. 10.36.

Among them, Net Send is an internal program of Windows, which can send messages to other users and computers on the network. 10.10.36.122 is the IP address of this computer. This function is also called "messenger service" in Windows.

3. Automatically run batch files

If the company's data is important and needs to be backed up at the specified date/time, run:

Command:1:00am/every: Saturday my _ backup.bat.

In this way, every Saturday morning 1:00, the computer starts the My_BackUp.bat batch file regularly. My_BackUp.bat is a batch file compiled by myself, which contains many commands that can completely back up system data.

4. Cancel the plan that has been arranged.

Command: at 5 /Delete

Sometimes, your planned plan may be temporarily changed, so that you can use the above command to delete the plan in time (5 is the identification number assigned to the planned command). Of course, after the plan is deleted, it can be rescheduled.
