How to put an expression pack P on a photo?

I want to add an expression pack to the picture after taking a picture on my mobile phone. How to add an expression pack to the picture and how to add an expression pack to the picture on my mobile phone?

1. Open the mobile phone WeChat. On my page, click Favorites.

2. On the Favorites page, click the "+"in the upper right corner.

3. On the note page, click the photo album icon in the lower left corner.

4. Enter the mobile phone photo album, click a picture, and then click the preview in the lower left corner.

5. On the preview page, click Edit in the lower left corner.

6. On the edit page, click the emoticon.

7. On the emoticon package page, select a form package.

8. Adjust the location of the expression package, and then click Finish.
