Notice on Implementing a Whole-area Blockade and Carrying out Nucleic Acid Testing for All Employees

Residents of the District Friends:

In view of the current epidemic prevention and control situation, in order to effectively control the spread of the epidemic in our region and protect the health and life safety of the general public, in accordance with the unified arrangements and deployment of the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, we have Implement lockdown management and carry out nucleic acid testing for all employees across the region.

1. Lockdown time: The entire district will enter emergency lockdown status from 0:00 on April 19th.

2. Nucleic acid testing time: starting from 6:00 on April 19, 2022, once a day during the lockdown period.

3. Nucleic acid testing scope: all residents of Lutai Economic Development Zone.

IV. Notes:

In order to ensure full coverage of nucleic acid testing within the district, no omissions, and reduce the flow of personnel, and to concentrate on the nucleic acid testing of all employees, all residents are invited to Stay relatively stationary in your place of residence, and go to designated sampling points in an orderly manner at different times to conduct nucleic acid sampling. Except for staff and work vehicles, all other people and vehicles are prohibited from moving.

Please pay close attention to the nucleic acid testing time and location arrangements in this region, follow the notice of the village and company, bring valid documents such as ID cards, prepare sampling codes in advance, take personal protection, wear masks regularly throughout the process, and maintain Keep a distance of more than one meter to prevent cross infection. At the same time, take good care of the elderly and children.

Managers who are being quarantined at home will have their villages and enterprises arrange door-to-door nucleic acid sampling in accordance with established control methods. Home health monitoring personnel go to the sampling points to take samples at the specified time notified by the village and enterprise. People who are seriously ill or have limited mobility must promptly report to their village, and staff will conduct door-to-door sampling.

Those who have received the new coronavirus vaccine within 48 hours before nucleic acid sampling will not participate in nucleic acid testing and must proactively report to their village or enterprise.

After the sampling is completed, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff and leave the sampling point and return home as soon as possible according to the prescribed route. Before the nucleic acid results are announced, do not go out or gather unless necessary.

All personnel participating in nucleic acid testing are requested to actively cooperate with the staff at each sampling point to carry out nucleic acid testing. Those who refuse to cooperate, do not support nucleic acid testing, disrupt order, conceal reports, lie, or falsify information will be punished. The public security organs will strictly pursue legal responsibility in accordance with the law.
