How to re-certify etc

To reactivate etc, you first need to download etc assistant, register and log in to your personal account, then click OBU to activate and enter, and follow the system prompts.

1. First, find the etc assistant in the mobile phone application market, download it, register your account with your real name, and then log in.

2. After logging in, you will see OBU activation, and click OBU activation to enter.

3. After entering, you will see the etc installation instructions and the Bluetooth operation method for opening etc equipment. After inserting the etc card twice in a row, click Next.

4. You need to enter the laser number. The laser number of the equipment is the capital code of the name of the equipment manufacturer+the last four digits of the equipment number. Click Connect, and the software will automatically connect etc devices.

5. After the connection, take two groups of photos and a video, photos inside the car, photos outside the car and flash video outside the car, click Submit and wait for the etc staff to review and pass. After approval, click the "Activate" button in the original approved item, and the item will be activated. Reinsert the etc card and use it to display the amount.
