How to reply to text messages

Mobile customers can communicate with each other in several ways (information source: Mobile Customer Center 1860).

1. You can edit the number of SMS 0000 into the number of sending SMS, and then cancel QX with the serial number according to the cancellation system replied by the system, for example: 1, mobile QQ, 2, magic SMS. At this point, if you want to cancel the mobile QQ, reply the message "QX 1".

Note: quotation marks do not need to be replied.

2. You can edit this number from SMS 00000 to the number that sent this short message, and you can cancel all services of this code under this short message company.

3. You can log on to www.monternet.com website to register your mobile phone "My Monternet", where you can see all the Monternet services you have customized, or you can choose to cancel these services.

4. Call the customer service hotline 1860 to cancel manually or automatically.

(Some provinces only have manual cancellation and some provinces only have automatic cancellation, but China Mobile Co., Ltd. will change most provinces to automatic cancellation around 3. 15 this year. )

You can call customer service by SMS, but these calls are usually long distance. If you happen to be in this city or you don't care about the long-distance fare, that's fine.

6. You can also send a short message to 18620 1 to cancel all short message services.

7. You can also send a short message from 0000 to 18620 1, and then cancel QX with serial number according to the cancellation system replied by the system, for example, 1, mobile QQ, 2, magic short message. At this point, if you want to cancel the mobile QQ, reply the message "QX 1".

(China Mobile Communications Co., Ltd. may change this number to 1860 in 2006, but it is not 1860 at present. I haven't been informed when to change it. )

8. You complain to the mobile company, but this method is the only one that can't be cancelled immediately. If you complain on the last night of each month, you may have to wait until next month 1 to cancel, and then you can receive the money next month.
