Why does the Postal Savings Bank need SMS verification code, but the Agricultural Bank does not?

Alipay Express Payment Postal Savings Bank needs SMS verification code, but ABC doesn't: It is safer to send it automatically by the postal system.

Matters needing attention when ABC does not use SMS verification code:

(1) SMS notification function should be handled at the counter of ABC.

(2) As for fast payment, there are conditions.

(3) Fast payment limit:

1, users without certificates are between 0 and 5,000 yuan, and they need SMS verification if they exceed 200 yuan.

2.200-5,000 yuan (inclusive) requires SMS verification, but if a digital certificate has been installed, SMS verification is not required.

3, through the fast payment (including cartoons) to pay and recharge more than 5000 yuan need to install a digital certificate.

From July, the business of credit card payment was supported, and the payment amount of express debit card was increased from 2000/2000/ 10000 to 20000/20000/50000 (cumulative amount per day/cumulative amount per month).
