As of December 28, 2022, YTO Express in Yandu District has resumed because all urban areas have now been lifted.

Yandu District, under the jurisdiction of Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, is located in the east-central part of Jiangsu Province, between the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River, in the middle of the Lixia River and upstream of Xinyang Port. It is connected to Tinghu District of Yancheng City in the east, Dafeng District of Yancheng City in the southeast corner, facing Xinghua City across the Xingyanjie River in the south, and adjacent to Baoying and Jianhu Counties in the northwest. The maximum longitudinal distance of Yandu District is 33.4 kilometers and the maximum horizontal distance is 50.2 kilometers.
