1. Confirm whether your SMS mailbox is full. If it is full, you may not receive SMS;

2. If you can't receive a short message with a specific number, it may be that setting this number as a short message blacklist has caused this problem;

3. Confirm whether there is an option to set SMS reception in SMS or phone settings. General mobile phones do not have this option;
