According to the actual needs of epidemic prevention and control in our district, in order to effectively protect people's life safety and health, and strictly implement the epidemic prevention policy of "internal defense against rebound and external defense against import", the epidemic prevention and control headquarters in novel coronavirus, Hechuan District decided to set it as December 222. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Sampling range

All residents within the jurisdiction of 3 towns and streets in the whole region have completed a nucleic acid test within the specified time. Persons with mobility difficulties may not participate in this regional nucleic acid screening after reporting to the community.

II. Sampling time

This centralized free nucleic acid testing service is conducted in two stages. Centralized sampling in the first stage: all residents in Heyangcheng Street, Nanjin Street and Fishing City Street from 15: to 2: on October 28th, 222. The second stage of centralized sampling: from 8: am to 12: am on October 29, 222, all residents in the other 27 towns and streets except Heyangcheng Street, Nanjin Street and Fishing City Street.

III. Precautions

Teachers and students in colleges and universities, senior high schools, junior high schools, primary schools and kindergartens will arrange time to enter the school for centralized testing, and will not participate in the sampling in the above time periods.

residents who have completed nucleic acid detection within p>24 hours may not participate in this centralized sampling.

This centralized sampling service is only for normal personnel of "Yukang Code".

The abnormal personnel of "Yukang Code" must report to the village in time, and take samples at the designated sampling point according to the village's instructions, and at the same time, implement the classification and control measures.

IV. Tips

When starting the nucleic acid detection, please bring your valid ID card or show your "Yukang Code" under the organization of the village, and go to the nearest nucleic acid sampling point for sampling in batches and in different periods. Please carry your smart phone as much as possible, actively cooperate with the staff at the sampling point to do the work of temperature measurement, code checking and information registration, and obey the instructions of the on-site staff. Only after the temperature measurement is normal can you enter the sampling point.

during the sampling period, please cooperate with the staff to do personal protection, wear masks regularly, keep a reasonable distance of more than 1 meter from others, and do not cut in line, talk or gather to avoid cross infection.

after sampling, please take personal protection and leave the sampling point according to the specified path. Please understand and support the inconvenience caused by nucleic acid testing to your work and life.

People who have been vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine for less than 48 hours, those who have been diagnosed and discharged from hospital with asymptomatic infections should take the initiative to report to the community where they live, and will not participate in this nucleic acid test after being registered in the community.

The public security organs will severely punish those who refuse to cooperate, do not support nucleic acid detection, disturb the order, conceal, falsely report or falsify information, and those who constitute a crime will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
