Dear Amazon Cloud Service Company,

On February 3rd, 20 15/kloc-0, your company charged my credit card a monthly service fee of USD 53.57. It was not until now that I realized that I had an account on Amazon's cloud service.

When I applied for this account, I had a year of free time. But after I applied for this account, I realized that the terms of service were not very clear to me, and I could not fully understand the function and cost of each service. So I have never logged in and used it. My account has no business or cloud service, which means I have never enjoyed any service. More importantly, I don't think I will use it in the future. Until now, when I was told that Amazon charged me, I didn't log in and understand the terms of the fee.

Now I ask Amazon to refund the fee charged from me, which is $53.57 from my credit card.

Here are the reasons:

1. Although I applied for this account, I have never logged in and never used it to do anything. I didn't use any services provided by Amazon, and my account didn't bring any extra trouble or burden to Amazon. I won't use it again.

2. Amazon didn't remind me that the free trial had expired, and there were no emails, no phone calls and no text messages.

3. This charging method is not in line with the practice in China, and in China, any mature company will have a notice of service fee.

I hope Amazon will seriously understand the status and return the money.
