After the filing materials are submitted successfully, if submitted by the agency, the agency will conduct a preliminary examination within 2 working days and report it to the local communication administration. The official reply of Communications Administration is to review within 20 working days. The actual audit time of most regional communication administrations is about 1-2 weeks, and the audit time of individual provincial communication administrations is about 3-5 days. After the approval, it will be notified by SMS or email.

What materials should be prepared for filing?

1. Enterprise filing: scanned copy of the original industrial and commercial business license (with a copy of the new annual inspection record), scanned copy of the ID card of the person in charge of the website, scanned copy of the verification photo of the person in charge of the website, scanned copy of the original ID card of the legal person and scanned copy of the verification form (official seal is required, and the system will clearly prompt and provide the download address after filling in the filing materials online);

2. Filing by government agencies, institutions and social organizations: scanned original organization code certificate, scanned original ID card of the person in charge of the website, photo of the person in charge of the website for capital verification, scanned original ID card of the legal person and scanned capital verification form (with official seal);

3. Personal filing: scanned copies of the front and back of the original ID card of the person in charge, photos of the person in charge and scanned copies of the verification sheet.
