Billing system: If you don't open the automatic repayment of IOUs, we will send you a repayment reminder message on the billing date and the day after the repayment date. If you enable the automatic repayment function, the system will send a repayment reminder message one day after your white bill date and three days before the repayment date.

Order system: If the automatic repayment function is not turned on, repayment reminder messages will be sent on Monday of repayment week and repayment date. If you have enabled the automatic repayment function, the system will send a repayment reminder message three days before the repayment date of your IOU order.
