Due to the crisis of the company, in order to recover the investment, the major shareholder of the company sells the assets of the company to other parties or related parties at a low price or abnormally, and may also sell them to a third party, so as to recover the investment quickly, reduce losses or other purposes.

Article 14 If the registered ownership of a motor vehicle is transferred, and the original motor vehicle owner and the current motor vehicle owner reside in the same jurisdiction as the motor vehicle management office, the current motor vehicle owner shall fill in the motor vehicle registration application form within 30 days from the date of transfer of the ownership of the motor vehicle, and apply for transfer registration to the motor vehicle management office in the jurisdiction of the motor vehicle with the following materials:

(a) the identity certificate of the current motor vehicle owner;

(2) Motor vehicle registration certificate;

(3) Proof of the origin of the motor vehicle;

(four) motor vehicles released under customs supervision shall be submitted to the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Customs Supervision Vehicle Release Certificate" issued by the supervision customs;

(5) Motor vehicle driving license;

(6) Standard photos of motor vehicles applying for transfer registration;

(seven) in accordance with the provisions of the need to change the motor vehicle registration number, it should also be returned to the motor vehicle number plate.

Twenty-sixth registered motor vehicles, in any of the following circumstances, shall apply for registration of change:

(a) the owner of the motor vehicle changes his name or the name of the unit;

(two) the address of the motor vehicle owner's residence within the jurisdiction of the vehicle management office has changed;

(3) changing the color of the car body;

(4) Replace the engine or change the fuel type;

(5) The car body or frame of the same model is damaged beyond repair for some reason and needs to be replaced;

(six) due to quality problems, the manufacturer replaces the whole vehicle or the same type of engine, body and frame for the owner of the motor vehicle.

Article 28 In case of Article 26, Item 1 and Item 2, the owner of a motor vehicle shall, within 30 days after the change, fill in the Application Form for Motor Vehicle Registration, and apply to the motor vehicle management office where the motor vehicle is located for change registration with the following materials:

(a) the identity certificate of the owner of the motor vehicle;

(2) Motor vehicle registration certificate;

(3) Motor vehicle driving license;

(4) Standard photos of motor vehicles applying for change of registration.
