When will Wuxi Marathon be held in 2023?

Wuxi Marathon will be held at 7: 30 on March 19, 2023.

On the morning of March 13, the organizing committee of the 2023COLMO Wuxi Marathon (hereinafter referred to as "Sima") held a press conference in the Civic Center, announcing that this year's Sima will start at 7: 30 on March 19. At present, the preparations for the event are progressing in an orderly manner. This year's Sima competition includes full marathon, half marathon and happy run.

The scale is 33,000 people, which is the same as the largest scale of the 20th19th Games. Among them, there are 22,000 marathon runners, 8,000 half marathon runners, and another 3,000 will take part in the Happy Run. Due to the postponement of 2022 Sima, the number of participants who won 2022 Sima and did not withdraw from the registration was reserved until 2023 Wuxi Marathon. At present, all the places for 33,000 participants have been filled.

Introduction to the competition

This year, the organizing committee still reserved 500 charity places, and together with all the runners who are enthusiastic about public welfare, donated money to Lingshan Charity Foundation to support the charity project of "Lung Sail Breathing Plan" with great love for dust removal. Participants should report to Taihu International Expo Center and collect materials three days before the competition, that is, from March 16 to March 18.

On March 18, related supporting activities, such as official flying meeting, Sima Sai and Sima Charity Forum, will be held at the registration site. About 27 foreign athletes were specially invited by Sima, and nearly 160 high-level athletes were sent by China national team and several provincial training teams. Nearly 200 elite athletes filled this year's Sima Sai with suspense.
