Telecom card can't receive SMS

The reasons why the mobile phone can't receive information and the solutions are as follows:

1. Please confirm whether the SIM card has passed the operator's real-name registration system registration certification. If the information when handling the SIM card does not match the ID card information, there may be problems such as abnormal signal, inability to make phone calls, inability to send and receive short messages, and inability to access the Internet for data services. 2. Please check whether the SIM card is in arrears, and the suspension of arrears will affect normal communication.

3. Please confirm whether the number of the SMS center is set correctly. Please consult your local operator for details.

4. Please check whether there is a blacklist in the mobile phone housekeeper, so that the short message is intercepted and cannot be received. If so, please delete the number from the blacklist and try again.

5. Please check whether there are any third-party applications blocking SMS. Some security management applications will intelligently filter the received short messages. It is recommended to uninstall this application.
