How long will the car be scrapped without review?

Standard for compulsory scrapping of motor vehicles:

1. Vehicles that fail to participate in the annual inspection for three consecutive inspection cycles or fail to pass the annual inspection for three consecutive inspection cycles will be forcibly scrapped according to law. The annual inspection time is the inspection validity period of the annotation on the secondary certificate of motor vehicle driver's license.

2. According to the new scrapping standard, if the remaining service life of a motor vehicle is within 1 year (including 1 year), it is not allowed to change the nature of use, transfer ownership or transfer out of a prefecture-level city. The relevant person in charge of the vehicle management office said that the owner will be notified by SMS three months before the end of the third inspection cycle.

3. Three consecutive motor vehicle inspection cycles are not equal to three consecutive years of non-inspection. For example, a new car that has not been put into operation will be inspected for two years in the first six years, 6- 15 period 1, and the last six months 1. In addition, if the annual inspection is overdue, the owner will face a fine of 200 yuan and a penalty of 3 points for driving license. Driving a motor vehicle that has passed the retirement age on the road will be fined more than 2,000 yuan in 200 yuan, and the motor vehicle driver's license will be revoked, and it will not be re-examined within two years.

If the motor vehicle inspection mark has not been obtained within three consecutive motor vehicle inspection cycles, it will be scrapped. According to different models, the cycle of vehicle annual inspection is also different. For example, private cars are inspected once every two years in the first six years of use, once every year from the 7th to 15, and once every six months after 15.

New regulations: If a registered motor vehicle fails to obtain the motor vehicle inspection conformity mark within three consecutive motor vehicle inspection cycles after the expiration of the inspection validity period, it will be forcibly scrapped.

If the motor vehicle inspection mark is not obtained within three consecutive motor vehicle inspection cycles after the expiration of the inspection validity period, it shall be forcibly scrapped.

"Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law" Article 16 A motor vehicle shall undergo safety technical inspection within the following period from the date of registration:

(1) Annual inspection of passenger cars within 5 years of operation 1 time; More than 5 years, every 6 months 1 time.

(4) Motorcycles shall be inspected once every 2 years, within 4 years 1 time; More than 4 years, annual inspection 1 time.

(1) Passenger cars that have not been inspected for three consecutive years within five years need to be scrapped; If it has not been inspected for more than 5 years for one and a half consecutive years, it needs to be scrapped.

(two) trucks and large and medium-sized non-operating buses have not been subjected to compulsory scrapping inspection for three consecutive years within 10; If it is more than 10 years and has not been inspected for one and a half consecutive years, it needs to be scrapped.

(3) Small and micro non-operating passenger cars are exempt from on-line inspection within 6 years, but they still need to get the inspection mark from the traffic police department every 2 years; Those that have not been inspected for more than 6 years for 3 consecutive years need to be scrapped; Those that have not been inspected for more than 15 years and one and a half years need to be scrapped.
