How to unsubscribe from a mobile package

Unsubscribe from the mobile package can be done by SMS:

1. Find the SMS function, edit the SMS "Cancel Package" and send it to 10086, as shown in the figure.

2. 10086 will automatically feed back all the package information currently ordered, as shown in the figure.

3. According to the package information, select the package business to cancel, such as "20 17 campus package discount package". This service is "6", just enter "6" and you can send it (that is, you will cancel this service). If you want to cancel multiple services, please separate the numbers with commas. For example, "8,9, 10" (which means canceling three services), just pay attention to this comma format.

4. Meanwhile, please enter a "Yes" reply within 15 minutes to cancel this business.
