Why do you never reply when you send messages to people? Do you care about your performance?

1: He is really busy and can't reply to you. I hope you can understand.

2. I don't know how to reply to your message.

3: He hates you, hates you. I don't want to answer your messages.

4: People he doesn't like don't need to reply to text messages.

This is my personal feeling, thinking that I will often do this to others.
