Changlian: Can Huawei's WeChat chat tool capture the mountain?

At present, there are very few people who send a circle of friends on Changlian (WeChat is not actually sent by many people), and few people will read it, except for some marketing numbers. I also tried to send a test.

The main chat interface is similar to WeChat, and the speed of occurrence and acceptance is also very good, no problem.

There are two unique characteristics.

First: instant messaging tools based on Huawei's hardware ecology, such as Huawei mobile phones, smart watches, bracelets, computers, tablets and so on. It is a binding interconnection. As long as you upgrade to HarmonyOS system, Changlian will be installed by default, and its functions will replace the original telephone and SMS functions.

Second: super-large file transfer

We all know that the single file limit of WeChat is 25M, while Changlian can transmit 400G files, and it also supports the breakpoint continuous transmission function. The main consideration should be the file transfer requirements under office and 5G communication.

In instant messaging, Changlian is no different from other tools, but it is clear that Changlian needs to make phone calls and send text messages, and WeChat chat needs to add friends. As long as you have the contact information of the chat tool and the other party, you can make voice calls and send short messages to the other party through the chat tool without using the original telephone and short message functions.

In general, we need to continue to observe. At present, these functions are very common, and there is no special innovation. It is hard to say whether we can build our own ecology by relying on HarmonyOS system and Huawei equipment. It can be considered that if Changlian is bound to the HarmonyOS system, when more and more mobile phone manufacturers use the HarmonyOS system, Huawei can still occupy some users in the instant messaging field based on the users' original address book. Secondly, in the application scenario of 5G, there should be more innovative functions to win users, otherwise the usage habits of WeChat are unlikely to change.
