How to refund the train ticket bought on WeChat?

After opening WeChat to enter the application, click "Me"-"Wallet"-"Train Ticket" in the lower right corner to enter.

Then click "My" in the lower right corner, and choose to click "My Order" under the avatar column.

Find the train ticket order to be refunded and click to enter the details.

Then click "Refund" on the right side of the price.

Click "Confirm Refund" below, and the system will prompt that the refund application is successful. Do it.

The refund was successful.

Note: Online ticket refund is not supported if "online seat selection" is used.

After the user submits the order and pays it successfully, the order will enter the automatic ticketing system, and online return and change are not supported. If you need to refund or change your ticket, please bring the original ticket and the passenger's ID card to the station after receiving the paper ticket, and the refund amount will be refunded in person at the station window.

2. Refund the ticket through the website of 12306, provided that you have a login account of 12306 when purchasing tickets on WeChat.

Log in to official website at 12306.

Find the train ticket that needs to be returned in the "Not Traveling Order" in the account center.

Then click Refund.
