According to Article 21 of the People’s Police Law, when a citizen’s personal or property safety is violated or he is in other critical situations, the people’s police shall provide immediate assistance; and shall provide assistance to citizens who request to resolve disputes; Cases reported by citizens to the police should be investigated and dealt with in a timely manner.

Therefore, whenever drug use is reported, the police will be the first to go.
