Mate 10pro HarmonyOS system 2.0.0 cannot set the biometric and password.

You can restart your phone and reset it.

1, or go to Settings Biometrics and Passwords and Turn Off Screen Lock Passwords, which will clear the set password unlocking, fingerprint and facial recognition.

2. Then reset the screen lock password to see if you are prompted to enter your fingerprint.

3. If the fingerprint cannot be recovered, it is recommended to go to the after-sales service center for testing.
