How does China Telecom unsubscribe from CRBT service?

Edit the short message 30 13 and send it to China Telecom's customer service number 1000 1, or call 10000 according to the voice prompt to unsubscribe; Visit the online business hall of China Telecom (www. 189.cn), enter "self-service", find "CRBT" and close it. Unsubscribe from the local business hall.

Second, log in to the website to unsubscribe;

1. Visit the online business hall of China Telecom (www. 189.cn) and enter "self-service" or "my 189".

2. After logging in, find "Basic Function/Program Control";
