How long will it take to receive the notice of acceptance after submitting the appeal?

Legal analysis: the appeal is submitted to the court, which will generally accept it within 7 days. Appeal refers to the activity that a party refuses to accept the first-instance judgment, ruling or reexamination decision made by the people's court within the statutory time limit and files a retrial with the people's court at the next higher level. As long as the appeal conditions meet the acceptance conditions, the case will be filed within 7 days and the parties will be notified. If the appeal conditions do not meet the acceptance conditions, it shall be ruled inadmissible within 7 days.

Article 164 If a party refuses to accept the judgment of first instance of a local people's court, he shall have the right to appeal to the people's court at the next higher level within 15 days from the date when the judgment is served. Article 167 After receiving the appeal, the people's court that originally tried the case shall serve a copy to the other party within five days, and the other party shall file a reply within fifteen days from the date of receipt. The people's court shall, within five days from the date of receiving the reply, serve a copy on the appellant.
