Second, the purpose of the event:

After years of holding, the annual Top Ten Singers Competition on campus has become one of the dominant brands of campus culture, and a large number of outstanding young singers will emerge in each competition. As healthy and progressive campus idols, they have actively promoted the development of campus culture. Holding this competition will enable students with artistic dreams to fully display their musical talents, lead students to appreciate music, and discover more new musicians, thus providing a stage for students to release their passion and show their elegance. At the same time, it can also enrich students' after-school life, discover many excellent students, strive to improve their comprehensive quality, and give them a stage to show themselves. The holding of the contest also brings us a lot of experience in student work.

III. Time and place of the event and organizer:

Time: 7: p.m. on September 19th

Planning organizer: Literature and Art Department of Students' Union, School of Science, Beijing Forestry University

Location: Room 312, Main Building

IV. Preparation for the event

1. Materials: microphone and audio equipment, materials needed for arranging the site (balloons, tables and chairs, banners, etc.

2. Personnel: confirmation of staff, etiquette, presiding judge (coordinating the time of judges).

3. Print the scoring bar and scoring rules on paper.

4. Determination and borrowing of the site.

V. Schedule

1. In the publicity and registration stage (September 15th–September 18th), all members of the Arts and Literature Department issued notices to all classes, went to the dormitory to paint the building, and announced the activity notices on the website of the School of Science, Fetion, xxx and WeChat platform of I Love Competition Network.

Deadline for registration: 12 noon on Wednesday, September 17th

Deadline for songs: 12 noon on Thursday, September 18th

Deadline for accompaniment delivery: 23 pm on Thursday, September 18th

Registration methods: 1. On-site registration when members of the Art Department paint the building;

2. Send a short message to (Han Xiao);

Accompaniment sending: (Guo Yue)

Accompanying requirements: It can't exceed three minutes. If the accompaniment time exceeds the singing time, it is clear where to stop when sending the accompaniment.

2. Personnel's responsibilities:

Han Xiao: Statistics of applicants and song information and notification to players

Guo Yue: Collection and arrangement of the scores of players' songs

Zhou Jianding and Tian Jinyu: Sending and receiving scorecards and counting scores.

Guo Yue: Music broadcast for the contestants' performance on stage

Li Ziyi: Event host

Yang Li and Han Xiao: Confirm whether the contestants are here

3. Preliminary competition arrangement

The day before the competition, draw lots to decide the singing order, notify the judges, and arrange the venue on the afternoon of September 19th.

Process:

1) The host introduces the competition rules, judges and scoring items.

2) Players singing

PS: The scores of the top three players are put together. Before the fourth player takes the stage, the scores of the top three players are taken back and calculated. After the fourth player finishes singing, the scores of the top three players are reported once, and the scores of the last three players in the performance are reported after the final results are obtained and the judges speak. And announce the list of finalists.

3) Awards

Awards by the judges: one judge awards the first prize, and the other judges each award three (four judges)

Each judge awards two players (five judges)

VI. Work arrangements of various departments:

(1) The Art Department is responsible for overall planning, training the host, etiquette, VCD collection and distribution, and sound.

(2) The media center is responsible for drawing boards and posters;

(3) the affairs center is responsible for signing in;

(4) The Secretariat is responsible for taking photos during the competition and writing press releases after the competition.

VII. Rules of Entry

1. Participants: all undergraduates of the Faculty of Science

2. Entry form: mainly solo, chorus or band.

3. Entry requirements: Participants don't have to have a musical background, so they can register. The contestants truthfully fill in the

name list of the contest newspaper; Respect the judges and the selection results; Obey the arrangements of the organizing unit and participate in competitions and other activities on time. After the contestants report the tracks, they are not allowed to change the tracks and order at will without special circumstances.

VIII. Reward methods

1. Performers will be given a small gift, which will add points to their overall quality;

2. The top ten players in the preliminary round will be rewarded for entering the semi-finals;

3. The audience present will get extra points for their comprehensive quality.
