According to the requirements of the Notice of the State Council Medical Rescue Team of the Office of the National Health Insurance Bureau on Reducing the Price and Cost of Nucleic Acid Testing in Covid-19, in order to adapt to the changes in the situation of prevention and control of pneumonia in Covid-19, the relevant matters concerning further reducing the price of nucleic acid testing projects in Covid-19, public medical institutions and disease control institutions are hereby notified as follows:

1. The price of nucleic acid testing projects in novel coronavirus is reduced to 18 yuan/person, and the price of nucleic acid testing projects in novel coronavirus is reduced to 8 yuan/person. The prices of related projects are the highest guiding prices for public medical and disease control institutions at all levels to carry out nucleic acid testing services, and shall not go up, and the downward adjustment is not limited.

When public medical institutions and disease control institutions at all levels carry out nucleic acid testing in novel coronavirus, if the price of purchased amplification reagents exceeds that of 1 yuan, the project price will automatically drop to ensure that the total cost of testing items and reagents collected from the masses shall not exceed 28 yuan/person-time

Second, when public medical institutions and disease control institutions carry out nucleic acid testing services in Covid-19, they should provide two service options: single-person single-person testing and multi-person mixed testing, and allow people who are willing to do all the tests to choose voluntarily on the premise of complying with epidemic prevention and control regulations.

4. Non-public medical institutions, medical inspection laboratories and other third-party testing institutions provide Covid-19 nucleic acid testing services, and the pricing should follow the principle of "fairness, legality, honesty and trustworthiness", reflecting the low profit of capital preservation, matching quality and price, and strengthening price self-discipline.
