If the road starts to be flooded, please don't wade rashly. You would rather stop in the rain than try to cross the river. Heavy rain will cause the manhole cover of the road to be washed away or the road section to collapse. Please pay attention to the observation and carefully bypass.

3. Pay attention to lightning protection when rainstorm is accompanied by lightning. Try to stay in a safe building and keep yourself dry. If there is no building to hide from and the road gets wet, please don't stand under trees or telephone poles and throw away your umbrella.

4. Stay away from water accumulation points in rainy days and bypass lamp posts. There is a cable head in each lamp post of the street lamp in the city. The waterproof grade of cable head can prevent rain from splashing, but it cannot be waterproof. In addition, various underground pipelines are constructed in succession, and the situation is complicated. Once the accumulated water does not cross the kerb, the cable head may be immersed in the water, causing water leakage accidents.

5. When driving, try to take a wide main road, reduce the speed appropriately and keep the distance between cars. When visibility is low in rainy days, turn on the car lights and double flashing lights to pay attention to driving safety.

6.
