China Telecom, there is no 5g signal on the main and secondary cards!

If China Telecom's primary and secondary cards do not have 5G signals, there may be the following reasons:

1. Your mobile phone does not support 5G network: Please confirm whether your mobile phone supports 5G network. If your mobile phone doesn't support the 5G network, you won't be able to use China Telecom's service under the 5G network.

2. Your mobile phone is not enabled with 5G network: Please confirm whether your mobile phone is enabled with 5G network. In most cases, you need to manually enable the 5G network in the settings of your mobile phone.

3. Your mobile phone does not have the correct 5G band setting: Please confirm whether your mobile phone has the correct 5G band setting. In China, the frequency bands used by the 5G network are n4 1, n78 and n79. Please check whether your mobile phone is in these frequency bands.

4. Your mobile phone network settings are incorrect: Please confirm whether your mobile phone network settings are correct. In China, you need to set up your mobile phone to use China Telecom's network.

If you have confirmed all the above settings, but still can't receive the 5G signal, please try to restart your phone or contact China Telecom customer service for help.
