Icloud can't send SMS.

To turn off SMS, just go to Settings and download it.

Go to Settings-General Restore-Erase all settings and data, and then select Restore backup from icloud in Settings Management after restarting. Please note here that when you enter Settings Management, select Next in English-Next in America, and then enter icloud. If you want to restore from icloud backup, it will take about 10-20 minutes depending on the network situation.
