What should I do if 4G retreats to E-net?

There may be several reasons for 4G to quit the network:

1. The regional signal is not good. You can try to turn on the flight mode of the mobile phone, wait for a few seconds and turn it off, so that the mobile phone can search the network again; Or leave the current area, and the mobile phone will become a 4G signal after a while.

2. The current mobile phone card does not support 4G service. Contact the network operator to open 4G service.

3.4G network mode is not enabled. You can select the 4G/3G/2G(LTE/WCDMA/GSM) network mode in Settings-Connections-More Networks-Mobile Networks-Network Mode.

4. Confirm whether the location has 4G network coverage. You can try to change to a place covered by 4G network.

5. There is something wrong with the mobile phone. You can try to shut down and restart.
