1. Instructions for medical treatment

1. Personnel entering the hospital area must wear masks correctly all the time.

2. When you come to the hospital, please take the initiative to show your health pass code, and cooperate with the medical staff to measure your temperature, ask about epidemiological history and pre-check and triage.

3. Please line up in an orderly manner and keep a social distance of more than 1m.

4. If I or my family members have recently lived in overseas or domestic high-risk areas, or people who have been in contact with people living in high-risk areas come to the hospital, please take the initiative to inform the staff during the pre-inspection and triage.

5. In order to reduce the risk of people gathering, please reduce the number of accompanying doctors.

2. Outpatient service

1. Linyi People's Hospital has fully implemented real-name registration system's appointment by time, encouraging appointment registration, and non-emergency patients come to the hospital according to the prompt time after appointment registration, so as to avoid the rush hour, reduce the stay time in the hospital and avoid people gathering.

2. When waiting for a doctor, please cooperate with the guidance and triage work, consciously abide by the requirements of "one patient, one consulting room" and maintain a good medical order.

3. The fever clinic is open 24 hours a day. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, poor sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, please go to the fever clinic in time, and ask the fever patients or their families to cooperate with the epidemiological investigation of medical staff. Please don't leave the fever clinic before the nucleic acid test report comes out.

3. Instructions for hospitalization

1. All patients who are selected for hospitalization must be admitted with negative results of nucleic acid test within 24 hours.

2. The ward is under 24-hour closed management, with strict access control, and all visitors to the hospital are refused. All personnel in the hospital area must wear masks correctly all the time.

3. If there is no need to accompany a patient in the hospital, if it is really necessary to accompany him, the "one patient, one escort" will be implemented, and the escort must obtain an escort certificate with a negative result of nucleic acid test within 24 hours before he can accompany him in the hospital.

4. Patients and accompanying personnel are not allowed to leave the ward at will. The escort can enter and leave the ward only with ID card and escort card.

5. Patients and caregivers should wash their hands frequently, and do not visit wards or gather together. Cooperate with medical staff to do epidemiological investigation, health monitoring and nucleic acid detection during hospitalization.

6. The critically ill patients are admitted to the hospital according to the emergency admission process.
